That brings back fond memories for me. I love the stuff and sometimes struggle to get it in the U.S. I make Crunchies(a type of cookie) each Christmas and could not last year because I could not buy golden syrup! I am originally from Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) but have lived in California for 35 years now! Thanks for the smile today!
